Stability is built in two layers:

- L2Interactive questionnaire — you evaluate your firm's critical processes against 4 canonical criteria: written (is there documentation?), transferable (can a new employee take over with 80% efficiency in 30 days?), tested (has the process been through stress scenarios?), reviewed (is there a calendar for periodic review?).
At the end you receive:
- A short list of priority fragilities — critical processes that fail on one or more criteria
- A classification of hero dependency — the real ratio between „process" and „individual intervention" in your firm
- Recommendations for next steps — no obligation to continue
